Oh. My. God. The food was PHENOMENAL. I may be drooling a little as I write this. Every bite of every item in every course was absolutely packed with flavor — a flavor bomb, if you will. 😂 There were multiple moments where I took the first bite of something and my eyes actually rolled to the back of my head. THAT good. Every dish left me wanting just one more bite, but somehow it was also perfectly enough. The presentation…everything came out looking so beautiful and intentional. At one point, they brought out bread with what we thought was a small plate of oil for dipping. Nope. IT WAS BUTTER. THE PLATE WAS BUTTER! It was sculpted so precisely and perfectly that I couldn’t believe it WAS butter. Such a small detail, but so clever. Chef Je is an absolute mastermind. My favorite dish was made with watermelon and beet, and I’m still sitting here wondering how she managed to pack SO much flavor and so many different textures into something that sounds so simple on paper. It has been a few years since my last meal at Fabrik, and it was once again a delicious experience! The approach, flavors and plating are a lot more sophisticated and finessed, with some very creative offerings on the tasting menu. A few favorites from the meal - the edamame tart, French toast, home made sourdough bread, a dish with compressed watermelon and pickled beets, the pasta course, and the palate cleanser sorbet between the main and dessert courses. Every dish was packed with flavor, and we were quite full at the end of the meal. The new space off Windsor Rd. is intimate and cozy. Hope to be back soon!

We enjoyed the winter menu with wine parings. Everything was excellent! We let them know when we made the reservation that one of us was gluten free. They made an almost identical meal with gf breads, crackers, crusts, ect., all just as beautiful and delicious as the gluten menu. I recommend Fabrik for special occasions as the attention and service is above amazing. With only 16 tables, and the chef making individual servings it's very special. The wine pairings were so fun with the server sharing about each one.

This is hands down one of the best vegan dining experiences I’ve had so far in Austin. Every dish in the 7-course menu was phenomenal from start to finish. Each course was meticulously curated, with flavors that exploded on the palate and flowed seamlessly from one to the next. The balance of flavors and textures, along with the creativity and precision, was spot on. The service was warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely thoughtful, making the entire evening feel effortless and special. This isn’t just a meal, it’s an experience and I’m so grateful to have a place like this in Austin. Fabrik is an absolute must for anyone who appreciates exceptional plant based food and hospitality.

If I could give Fabrik 100 out of five stars, I would. This place is absolutely incredible from start to finish. My husband and I have gone for every season’s menu since we first tried it. Every course is a work of art and as you take a bite, you’ll find it’s a culinary experience worth savoring. On top of that, the service is impeccable. Mary makes you feel so welcome and well taken care of. I am a lifelong vegetarian so some may say plant-based fine dining is an easy sell for me, but I’ve taken countless meat-eating friends and every single one has been blown away. Also, it’s not a small portion tasting menu. My only complaint is that sometimes I leave TOO FULL. 😅 It is 100% worth the hype and booking months in advance. Absolutely amazing! It’s a 10/10 experience every single time and has quickly become my favorite restaurant in Austin (perhaps in the world?). I’m just waiting for them to get their Michelin star. Not kidding.
